[iPhone SDK] 2.0 Beta and unlocking
Hi all.
I'm developing for the iPhone, but the issue is that I am in Australia where it isn't officially available yet. So far to test my apps I've been able to put my code onto a iPod Touch, but I'd really like an iPhone to test things like the camera, over the air net performance and other mobile phone related stuff.
What I'd like to know, and so far it doesn't seem possible, is that can I unlock the beta 2.0 firmware with something like iLiberty so I can use a local SIM, or am I stuck with the possibility of having to get a iPhone in the US, and use AT&T in a roaming profile ($$$)?

In other words, you can only unlock beta 3 and lower.
Unfortunately, since beta 3, the SDK has changed so much.
