is there any way to install all APP`s from my iPhone 3GS on the Simulator that comes with the iPhone SDK 3.2? (or even a few of them?)

you need the source so that you can recompile the apps for intel cpu
Get the latest info for NoAccSplash Here
Currently it should work on iOS 4.x - 6.x
If you'd like to help extend its functionality, the source is also available.
