First of all I have downloaded the beta 7 from the dev center, but how do you put the beta 7 fw on the iPhone cuz i can't find a .ipsw file..

You downloaded the SDK or the Firmware?

Did you click on the link "iPhone OS (iPhone) (build 5A331, beta 7)", if so you should have downloaded a DMG file that you can mount on your desktop...

If you did not have the option to click on the above, I would guess you are not a registered developer.

Aah i figuered out the problem
They needed to receive the money, now its ok :p thnx anyway

AT&T only bro, btw still cant download...

you should receive an email confirming your payment titled:
"iPhone Developer Program Activation Code"
Follow the link and instructions. At some point you will also need to electronically sign an agreement and other blah blah.
Don't forget to register your device prior to downloading the beta FW into it.

i had to wait 3 days for the email...
