[Firmware] 2.0 Beta - Who got it ? (No links)

I am going to sign up for the $99 developer program as I want to develop some caller list blocking applications.

No good running that on a simulator, so any help with getting the 2.0 beta would be good :-)

If you succeed in signing up for the Developer program, you will automatically get the beta 2.0 firmware, at least that's how i understand the terms.

OK, for clarify, currently we can't test SDK Apps on iPhone without the FW 2.0 beta ? even if we had the 99$ licence ?

the 99$ license is supposed to give people access to it but i dont think anyones got it.... hopefully once someone does it will leak and get cracked so we can get it on jailbrake phones, and get some sdk goodness rolling.

$99 gives ability to upload your apps to Apple for the app store. Apps are to be tested with the SDK aspen simulator. 2.0 is reserved for beta trials within chosen US companies. 2.0 will not likely be released to developers even if you pay the $99 until it's ready (June).

Thus either someone within apple needs to leak it, or someone within a chosen company working with the beta firmware needs to leak it. As of now we know AOL, EA games, likely Google, but others will follow as the program gets going.

...Wish I had it.

I wonder if the 2.0 licensed to the developers will have their name signed onto the firmware. That way if we got it and so did Apple, they would be able to identify the source and basically....sue them for leaking the firmware.
