I've got an IPHONE 4S its IMEI BLOCKED basically its not stolen, I had a friend who had this phone and he accidently dropped his phone and the screen was smashed so he went to apple they said he has to pay money to get the screen fixed, so he came back and took insurance and after 3 weeks he claimed and now he is got a new iphone 4S. he gave the broken phone to me for cheap price, he told me that the phone is blocked but hee gave it to me for £150 who can get iphone for this price!

So now I really want to change the IMEI number of this phone

ITS IPHONE 4S and it was bought on 25th November 2011 so its only 3 - 4 months old I seriously want to make this phone work

I would really apreciate someone who can help me to do this task

plus one more thing if you think IMEI changing is illegal don't reply to my post simple

Here's a better (and simple!) idea. How about you read the forum rules and don't post things that we don't allow, instead of asking people not to tell you that you're doing something wrong?

IMEI changing is ILLEGAL. Don't mention it here again or you'll be banned. Your only option is to contact the carrier and work with them to remove the ban.
