as my friend tol me , he dropped it into water. we will try the dry rice method. if nay other suggestions, will be appreciated.

I am not sure if there is any truth to the "dry rice" method. I have actually seen people do it. Those people usually ended up having to buy a new phone.

you are right, it didn't work. as we don't have any apple service in the country, i have to send it to US to get a replacement.
