It's too bad that Sprint decided to put a carrier-lock on all the iPhone 4S that are being sold now. When they first launched on Sprint, you could take an iPhone 4S to anyplace in the world and simply swap out the SIM card, but now you can't do that. I think that is a mistake since other carriers in the U.S. charge a crazy amount of money for international roaming. But simply swapping SIM cards for a particular country could have been a great selling point for moving to Sprint.
