iPhone 4s activation
Hello, I have recently factory reset'd my iPhone and it's now deactivated. iOS 6.1.2. I wouldn't be so freaked, but my iPhone is blocked (o2 UK) However I live in Lithuania and bar doesn't really bother me. But now I can't get past activation screen. Phone is blocked, I ordered and O2 sim but will it activate the phone if it's blocked. Is there any other way to activate it?

No. Phones only get blocked when they are marked as lost or stolen and we will not help people use lost or stolen phones. If you purchased the phone, return it to where you purchased it from. Circumventing IMEI blocks is illegal and we do not condone the activity. The only way to use the phone is to contact the carrier who added it to the IMEI blacklist and resolve the blacklist with them, which will not be possible if you are not the original owner.
