How much is an Verizon 4S with Bad ESN worth?
I found a white iPhone 4S, Verizon, it has been deactivated, so I can't get into to it to see how many gigs memory it has. I contacted verizon and apple ad they were not even willing to look for the phones owner, so I just want to sell it. How much would it be worth (since it's deactivated)? 300, 400 maybe? I saw people selling 4s on Ebay with bad esn's for over $600.
Also, what do you guys think about the possibility of masking the IMEI number or using a clone to activate the phone that way. From what I've read it seems like once Verizon deactivates the phone, it is impossible to use.
Thanks for any suggestions!

Attempting to mask or change IMEI numbers is illegal in the US, so we cannot assist in discussion of this topic. The only legal route is to turn the device into the police, and if it is not claimed after x amount of time, you can then receive it and attempt to convince the carrier to unlock. Any circumvention of IMEI/ESN blocks directly, however, is illegal.
