Thanks for the info. They forgot to add to their list a few more:

- loss of signal when held with left hand (WTF!!!)
- yellowish residue on the screen corners
- OTA updates that are mandatory without customer consent
- Apple invading your privacy by collecting data of FaceTime calls

With all the problems they have. I would hold it off. On second thought I would hold it off forever LOL, Nokia N8 FTW! (sorry off topic) LOL

really depends on you and what you are using it for..
if you are just going to do regular calls and just use safari to browse lightly, i don't see a point of upgrading unless you like to take tons of pictures, record videoes, play games, etc.

yes, there are few problems but which phone is perfect?

Some good points if you want to upgrade:
- camera is better than 3gs
- has flash compared to 3gs
- Another front camera
- can record 720p HD videoes
- Its much faster has more rams and the cpu speed is faster
- The display screen is a bigger resolution
- Has facetime if you want to use video call (only wifi at this time)
- Battery is a bit greater than 3GS
- Internet upload is not capped at like 300 kbs its about 1-2 MB now

Some bad things I have counter:
- Lost signal (but that can be fixed from a case or a invisibleshiled)
- Some people say they got some yellow stuff on their screen but my didn't come like that

I would have to agree with you trancemode, it all depends what you want & need out of your phone. I have had ALL of the iPhone's sense they came first came. And all I have to say about the iPhone 4 is this is what I have been waiting for for over 4 yrs.

This Apple iPhone is the S**T.
