Urgent help needed
Hey guys, i just bought my new iPhone 4 16gb, factory unlocked.
I just gave it to my uncle for a day as he wanted to use it,Bt I realized,
Dat he is a super rough handler.
He presses the touchscreen very very hard,he actually bangs his fingers
On the screen.
I wanted to ask whether anything would happen to the phone's touch in the future
Due to extreme hard pressing of the screen ?(as in whether it would hamper the phones touch in future,If pressed hard ?)
I know dis question seems to be very stuppid, but I am concerned
As i jst Spent 40000 on it and I want it to work perfectly fine, atleast fr 2 yrs !
Pls pls rply guys, plz m extremely worried.

As with any other smartphone with a huge glass touchscreen, it is a piece of sensitive electronics equipment. It's got a pretty resilient protective glass layer (they call it 'gorilla glass'), but I can tell you from personal experience that the screens on these devices are quite susceptible to cracking under strain and repeated pressure -- two of my iPhone4 models had screens crack within a week of purchase. Beyond that the most common requests for repair that third party repair sites have seen are requests for screen repairs on the iPhone 4. Last statistic I saw said roughly 80% of repairs were in relation to screen chipping, cracking, or shattering.
The simplest answer to the question is also the most correct -- if he mishandles or roughly handles the device, he will ultimately end up breaking it -- it is only a matter of time. Things fall apart, it's scientific.
