I wanted to Buy an Iphone 4 from USA and use in India

I came across something

Please help me
Is Hardware Unlock is good choice and go ahead for that

GeveySIM is illegal to use in India (and pretty much everywhere except China). We don't endorse illegal activities here.
Recommendation #1 - but a properly factory unlocked iPhone (for example from Hong Kong)
Recommendation #2 - buy a second hand iPhone 4 that still has the 01.59.00 baseband and use ultrasn0w.
Duplicate question, thread closed. Next time search before posting. These questions have been answered 100s of times now.
