unless you installed something else that can track your iPhone before it was stolen, your best bet is your carrier - they have the tech - they probably won't help you though - this equipment is usually mostly for law enforcement.

can i use Uniquie identifilere to get the GPS location????

Only if you are jailbroken. Is this all hypothetical? are you trying to work out an anti-theft / tracking system to sell?
