Regarding Jailbreak and Unlocked Factory Iphone 4
Hello
1. I'm tyring to get an Iphone 4 but what should i buy? a jailbroken Iphone 4g 32 gb or a factory unlocked one?
Which one is better?
2. What will happen after i finish my contract with vodafon or any other services (while the device is still locked) ? will they automatically unlock my device and release it ? or should i contact them or visit them and ask them to release it for me ?
Regards.

Some parts of Europe (Germany for example) enforce via law that carriers must offer an unlock after a set period of time (regardless). Generally you still have to contact the carrier to requests the unlock, never heard of it happening automatically.
I always recommend a factory/officially unlocked iPhone. You never have to worry about losing your unlock. It also can work out cheaper over the lifetime of the phone than buying a subsidised phone and being locked into a high monthly contract. This depends on your usage patterns and the carrier - some offer more realistic plans - or if you plan on heavy mobile data usage - a truly unlimited iPhone plan (as offered with a contract) might be the best option.
It also depends on your needs. Personally I find an iPhone without some key Cydia packages frustrating. You might prioritise the ability to use any SIM card from any carrier over the ability to jailbreak.
