Problem about how to sync photos/pictures to my iPhone on PC
Hello, everyone!I am trying to sync my photos to my iphone. In itunes, I am able to check the box to sync, then check to sync a particular folder. After that I have tried clicking on Apply AND File>Sync iphone and then the photo box will gray out and the photos will not sync. I have tried different USB ports.I'm desperate any help would be appreciated...

Hello,carol.ygx001!Dont be worry about that.
I have encountered a similar problem about iPhone backup before.
1.Copy all pictures from your current NTFS formatted drive C:\Documents\Pictures to F:\Pictures (or to a directory of your choice)
2.Open iTunes and select the new folder that you want to use to sync photos to your iPhone – F:\Pictures
3.Sync your iPhone and everything should work smoothly.
And i share you a column about iPhone Transfer. This has worked perfectly for me everytime I've tried it.
Hope it can do you a favor.

Something else to note, if your phone is passcode locked it will not connect to the PC as a camera and until you unlock it, unplug, and replug, you will not see the camera item show up in My Computer.
The easiest way to get the pictures and data to and from the iPhone is using this mechanism. While iTunes does provide the capability, as you've experienced (and as have I), there are some issues with how it does this. When you connect it like a camera and drag and drop using Explorer, the items show up in the Camera Roll and are accessible on the device. Sure, they don't show up in different galleries like they would if they synchronized properly with iTunes, but they will indeed sync.
I'm sure we could get down to the nitty gritty, and like christinegrape posts above, sometimes something as simple as moving the data to a new location and re-adding it will fix, but just in case you still have problems -- you can unlock the phone, plug in, access in Windows Explorer, and just drop any pictures you want on there.
