Factory unlocked Iphone 4 restore

Hi guys
i am very new to this community and yes i have aswell gone through similar topics in this site but cant seem to get any solution for my problem thats y decided to post a new topic..

now i have a factory unlocked iphone 4 and its running on 4.2.1. i want to jailbreak it soo decided to upgrade it to 4.3.3 so that i can then jailbreak it using the famous site jailbreakme.com. Now whenever i do the process of this upgrade i get an error 3194. tried all solutions no success... any help. Please note that this is not a jailbroken phone so there is no cydia in it.

Did you save a SHSH blob for iOS 4.3.3 before Apple stopped signing this? If you didn't then you can NEVER sucessfully restore to 4.3.3
