Has anyone came across this problem. Recently, while CYDIA was loading, the following annoying message was displayed. (It seems harmless, but wanted it fix. Please help. ...

I have attempted to reload repo666...(under Source) but error persisted.

It should be

Try editing the sources in Cydia and removing any ultrasn0w entries before adding it again.
