I got a question, I love my iPhone 4. I just got an iPad 2, my question is can I use the 10 watt charger that came with the iPad and charge my iPhone, also can I use the iPhone to charge the iPad? This would save carrying 2 chargers.

Yes. You should be able to use the iPad charger with the iPhone and vice versa without any troubles.
In fact, if you have one of the much smaller chargers that look like this:
Apple USB Power Adapter - Apple Store (U.S.)
This will also charge your iPad.
I don't know if it'll do it as quickly as the 10W charger but it'll get the job done if you want to carry a smaller charger.
