I finally joined the washed iPhone club yesterday and I thought it over. Luckily after drying it in rice it would show the apple logo, but here's the kicker - only when connected to a car charger. Nothing happens when connected to a computer, though I haven't tried a wall charger as I've lost mine.

After some research I have come to the conclusion that it is stuck in recovery mode since I used the most recent redsn0w jailbreak on 5.1.1

I've tried the "Just boot" option, rejailbreaking, restoring in iTunes, nothing seems to work. I get to the "waiting for device to reboot" portion on redsn0w, and "The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (1600)." The Apple solutions to this error don't help.

Any ideas?
