    Exclamation iPhone 4 reboots/restarts every 5 minutes (ios 5.0.1)

    Hi guys

I hope I'm putting this in the right forum, I don't usually post threads, I'm used to googling my issue and finding the answer but in this case I can't find anything that helps me fix the issue.

I just bought an iPhone 4 (AT&T). It has iOS 5.0.1 and is jailbroken with redsn0w win_0.9.10b5c. The phone reboots itself every 5 minutes. I already tried putting it into DFU mode and restoring with itunes plenty of times but the issue persists. I even left the phone plugged in right after the restore, before rejailbreaking or doing anything, and still it rebooted. I tried disabling 3G, resetting back to factory settings, disabling cellular data, putting it in airplane mode, removing the sim card; still no luck.
This happens both when the phone is plugged in to a computer or charger, and also when is not. I'm assuming this is a software issue because I read several threads similar to my issue happening on iphones 3GS after updating to a newer iOS. The difference is that restoring their phones worked for them, not for me. I also looked up information on "WDT Timeout" but found nothing useful. (I don't know if it has any relevance, but I noticed that sometimes the keyboard is black instead of gray) I tried to Erase all content and settings from the phone, and it got stuck, it looked like it was working but it stood like that all night long until the battery died, when I tried to charge it, it would turn on and try to erase all over again, so I had to put into dfu mode and restore again for the phone to work. I'm hoping I won't have to sell the phone and buy a new one, I really want to get it working.

this is what the the panic.plist says if it helps at all:

The only solutions I see for this online are people turning Airplane mode on, rebooting the phone, then turning Airplane mode off -- this assumes that turning Airplane mode on stops the phone from rebooting. Can you try? That said, the posts I saw were all about 3GS phones as well, I haven't seen one relating to an iPhone4.

Thanks. I just tried that and I still have the same issue. I noticed when I leave the phone on idle, it doesn't reboot itself. It only does it when I'm using it (either trying to listen to music, using an app) or when I have it plugged into the computer or the charger. I was able to check this by seeing the panic.plist.

Use the iPhone Enterprise Configuration app (available from Apple's site) to pull the console log from the file and post to pastebin for review?

I got the app, connected the phone, and left it for about 10 mins. Here's the link: iPhone4 Log 2-28-12 - Pastebin.com

It's your battery. Most likely the thermosensor is shot. Replace the battery in the phone and it should be fine.

    Unhappy Please Help

Thanks for letting me know about iphone configuration utility. Problem with my phone is that by mistake i dropped it which flashed my mobile and deactivated it, Now i can activate my phone only by jailbreaking it.

After jailbreaking wifi is greyed out and there is no IMEI, No bluetooth.

Following is the link of my console.log file, also in the panic list its showing WDT time out.
