I'm guessing based on your post that you're trying to actually unlock a 4.1, though your post is extremely difficult to read. If that's the case, the baseband in 4.1 can be unlocked with ultrasn0w in most cases.
Let us know what baseband you have, and whether or not your device is jailbroken (and if so, what tool you used to jailbreak it). That should give us enough to help.

He said he has an iPhone 4, the default baseband that ships with 4.1 on the iPhone 4 cannot currently be unlocked via any method.
The only chance he has is if he had preserved the 1.59.00 baseband from 4.0.x (via for example TinyUmbrella)
In any case, the first step is to run TinyUmbrella with the phone connected and report back what baseband / OS / model number that it reports

Yep, you caught this before I came back to fix the post. I realized he posted in the iPhone 4 section and mentioned the iPhone 4 and was back to edit my response.
As always, Olethros is correct -- iPhone 4.1 with Baseband 02.10.04 cannot presently be unlocked.
