Hi all,

I've an IPAD and an IPHONE.

Actually, i bought an IPAD 10 days ago and a friend bring it to me in Brazil.

Let's make a List (Historical) about my problem:

1. After open the box, i've plug my IPAD on my Laptop... so, for my surprise, IPAD as for a Restore... (it's a brand new, not RB).

2. When i try to restore, Error 9 appear... ok, i think. Just change USB port, Computer or Cable. At least, i try to restore using DFU. Everything without any success..

So, i start to find on Internet about this error on Ipod, IPAD and Iphones...

Actually, it's a IOS (Software) problem... so i need to correct the problem and my only tool is IRECOVERY.

You need to exchange this under warranty for a new device. I would not throw it away. It looks like your flash memory has failed.

Error 9 is not an iOS problem - it usually is a USB problem, but in your case I think you have a hardware fault and I think you should get the device replaced under warranty (I know that means sending it back to the US - which can't be cheap)

I think that i can "leave" my IPAD to maintenance here, but i need to wait 2 or 3 months to take it back. This can be a problem, cause i use this device to work too.

Is there any other way, like Upload original Payload, Baseband... i don't want to Jailbreak, just use it as well.

Apple doesn't repair iPads, they simply replace it with a new one.

Your problem has nothing to do with baseband.

NAND is where everything is stored - the bootup files, the OS, your music/apps/video.

Get it replaced under warranty as soon as possible.
