Disabled iPhone 4
Hi guys.
I just got an iPhone 4 but it is disable so I don't know which FW or Baseband or actually anything about it. No info on how to get this information anywhere.
Question.
It's there a way to find this information ( FirmW - Baseband-etc ) to check if its JB - Unlockable.
Thank you for your help.

Thanks.

Frankly, I don't disagree with abstractworld. We'll be more than happy to help you, but considering your post was "I have a disabled iPhone" and you didn't provide any information on how it was obtained, how can you feel indignant that someone assumed it was stolen? That is the world we live in, these days. Admittedly, we like posts to be constructive, so I'd rather he had provided some troubleshooting information or petitioned for more information to help solve the problem, but I can't blame him for his assumption based on the information that was provided, and based on the fact that the iPhone is a high theft device, and that most causes of iPhone 'disabling' are theft.
In any case, you can use TinyUmbrella to determine what iOS revision and baseband the phone has, so long as the phone will power on in some form or another. Also, for more specific help, you may want to explain what you mean by disabled -- the iPhone can be 'disabled' in one of several ways (e.g., passcode lock wrong too many times, remotely disabled by MobileMe, IMEI blocked by the carrier, jailbroken incorrectly and bootlooped, etc.) It's going to be difficult to assist without more information about the problem, so let us know as much as you can and we should be able to help.

n1ckn4m3,
I came across this post, and I read your responses to other posts related to this issue. It is possible that may be you can help me.
My wife has an iPhone 4 with Sprint. It has been disabled. Our son plays games on it and also likes to go under settings and listen to different ring tones. While doing that, he accidentally put a passcode on the iPhone. We tried different combinations and disabled the phone. My wife had never plugged it in to a computer before, so we took the phone to Sprint and then Apple Store. They both wanted to reset it, but we have so many pictures and videos on it that we don't want to loose. So we kept it hoping there would be a way.
I am still hopeful that there is a solution. I can provide proof that the phone was purchased at Sprint under our account. Or if there is another way to show proof that it is not stolen, I would be happy to comply. There is no remote disabling or any sort. We didn't even activate the iCloud feature.
Please let me know if you'd consider helping us out.
Thank you.
