Unlock WITHOUT power-off button
3gs 4.3.3 8J2.
I stupidly updated by accident the other day, and I'm struggling to get it JB and unlocked now.
I used to use software and unlock from my desktop, but can't remember what I used (I'm sure it had cydia in it's name). I haven't the use of the "power off" button at top of my iphone so can't do a lot of the hacks, can anyone help me?

This is a duplicate thread. Did you bother to search?
If you have an old bootrom 3GS and you have SHSH saved for 3.1.2 - downgrade to 3.1.2 - then jailbreak with blackra1n - then load custom IPSW made with pwnagetool or sn0wbreeze to get back to the jailbroken OS of your choice.
Otherwise the corrupt LLB technique (described in detail in a thread here at hackint0sh) will work to trigger DFU mode (again, requires a custom IPSW from pwnagetool or sn0wbreeze to restore after you force the device into DFU mode)
You may have to wait for the device to go flat as you lack a power button.
I suggest you do a lot more reading before attempting one of these techniques.
