Because you are on windows, you need to download the bspatch exe file

    http://sites.inka.de/tesla/download/bsdiff4.3-win32.zip

You will generally find iTunesMobileDevice.dll under

    Code:
    %CommonProgramFiles%\Apple\Mobile Device Support\bin\
    or on 64bit windows
    Code:
    %CommonProgramFiles(x86)%\Apple\Mobile Device Support\bin\
The above links will work on all languages.
For Windows 32 bit English installed to C drive, the actual path is as follows.
    Code:
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\bin\iTunesMobileDevice.dll
This patch only works with iTunes 9.0.2

I have not tested this as I currently don't have iTunes 9.0.2 installed on my windows 7 x64 machine. The following procedure should work.

    1. Make a backup copy of iTunesMobileDevice.dll put it in a safe place
    2. Copy bspatch.exe and the iTunesMobileDevice.dll_902._win.patch into the same directory as the iTunesMobileDevice.dll
    3. Run a command prompt with administrator rights.. This is especially important in Vista and Windows 7
    4. Change directory to the directory that contains bspatch.exe, the .patch file and the dll
      Code:
      %SystemDrive%
on 32 bit windows (most common)
      Code:
      cd %CommonProgramFiles%\Apple\Mobile Device Support\bin\
      or on x64
      Code:
      %CommonProgramFiles(x86)%\Apple\Mobile Device Support\bin\
    5. Run
      Code:
      bspatch.exe iTunesMobileDevice.dll iTunesMobileDevice-new.dll iTunesMobileDevice.dll_902._win.patch
    6. Take iTunesMobileDevice-new.dll and copy/rename it to %CommonProgramFiles%\Apple\Mobile Device Support\bin\iTunesMobileDevice.dll
      Code:
      rename iTunesMobileDevice.dll iTunesMobileDevice-orig.dll
      rename iTunesMobileDevice-new.dll iTunesMobileDevice.dll
    7. Restart your machine

The instructions on OSX are similar.

The file is called MobileDevice and is located at /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/MobileDevice.framework/Versions/A/MobileDevice

bspatch is built into OS X

syntax is pretty much the same
    Code:
    bspatch MobileDevice MobileDevice.new MobileDevice_mac.patch

Many people were unable to remove all traces of jailbreak because the iPhone kept on failing on error 23 during restore.

The patch does not fix radio. It just allows you to restore stock Apple IPSW so you can claim warranty on these phones.
