Well okay, with all that said, me being a T-mobile customer imma have to fabricate some story to make them think I'm switching to At&T in order to get my iPhone replaced? I've heard rumors of them turning people down simple because they are not AT&T. I have an At&T SIM laying around somewhere, does it make sense to bring it?

Not sure... I've never been asked what carrier I was on when I worked with the Genius Bar on anything -- your mileage may vary, I suppose.

Well they gave me a "New" iPhone! But when I turned it over and looked I noticed it was a 16 GB instead of a 32. Stupid people, I gave them a hassle... Anyways I'm sure it's factory refurbished. I kept asking the dude and he said "No, it's new. It just does not come in the box." I am skeptical. Oh well... New phone =

Factory refurb can be better - a chance of old bootrom. The "new" 3GS is only 8GB capacity (well once the iPhone 4 is officially released) but Apple likely still has some 16 and 32 GB 3GS stock for warranty claims and swaps etc.

You only legally are entitled to a 100% new iPhone if you swap it under warranty within 14 days of purchase. After that Apple is completely within their legal rights to offer you a refurb iPhone as a replacement. (in the USA at least)

One of my friends told me about an app from cydia called iap cracker
it gives you free in app purchases for certain games
and i couldnt wait to get it even though i have 4.3.5 iphone 3gs
so i terthed it with redsn0w and tried to install and when it said to reboot i pressed it
and now my iphone is stuck on the apple logo and i cant get it off
iTunes wont recognise it and i dont know how to get its jailbreak off and still have my app data
HELP PLEASE OR I WILL DIE!!!!

I don't even know where to start....

1) We do not condone piracy here. Your problem was downloading an app specifically to steal developers' hard work. There's a high percentage chance that the developers you're attempting to steal from are forum members who also help the community. Stealing from them is petty and a detriment to the iPhone hacking scene in general.
2) Your post has absolutely nothing to do with the topic you posted in, and it's extremely rude to threadjack like that. In the future, make a new topic for your posts if they do not directly relate to the OP's post.
3) We will not assist you in recovering your phone or any data that you damaged by attempted piracy. Your only option at this point is to restore the phone back to a factory firmware and re-jailbreak.

Sorry for the hard edged stance, but this is noted specifically in the forum rules, and considering a lot of us make apps and release them on the iTunes store, very few of us here empathize with pirates and thieves.
