Is GPS working for you, does Maps find your location while on the road?

It could be one of two things.

Check your time zone and automatically adjust time settings on the iPhone. The GPS satellites require that you have the correct time (and time zone offset)

Make sure you restart your iPhone after changing the time/time zone.

Also, did you use blackra1n to hacktivate your iPhone? This can also cause location services (GPS) to not work. The fix is to restore your iPhone and let it activate with a legitimate carrier's sim card before you jailbreak with blackra1n.
