Well, long story short, my settings were working fine. I was receiving and sending photos no problem. My friend was having issues with his iPhone so we switched sims to see if that would resolve the issue. His was an AT&T sim. After we switched back my MMS settings were gone. Anticipating this might happen in a near future I had the webpage where I'd find the settings bookmarked so I went back and reput my settings and rebooted my phone. I got the error "The media content was no included due to a picture resolution or message size restriction."

After I input the settings I remember that before I got it working by changing the "/com.apple.mms_override.plist" code so I did that again and nothing. I tried to install the LEI package on my phone to see if that would fix the issue and the package wouldn't install. I repeated all the steps I had done before in order to get my iPhone working but it just won't receive photos again.

Here are how the settings were before I put the AT&T sim and are also my current settings right now. Before the AT&T sim incident these worked fine but now they don't seem to work.

Fixed! Sorry for wasting a post lol, anyways, after I posted this I fished around a little more and found this [GUIDE] T-Mobile MMS - From iOS 4.2.1 to 5.01 - SiNfuL iPhone

I downloaded the com.apple.mms_overide.plist posted there and with my settings I sent myself an MMS via textfree and I got the pictures working
