Tiny Umbrella ECID Reset?

I registered my iphone with cydia, putting in my ECID and ios 4. When searching cydia to verify the registration it comes up with a different ECID
than is on my iphone but says it can be restored. Do I need to reset my ECID
and re-register? Why would Tiny Umbrella show an ECID that is different from my iPhone and say that it is registered to the iPhone and can be restored? May I have unintentionally reset my ECID and registered under a different ECID that is associated with my iphone?

I noticed this a few days ago while getting my SHSH blobs stored on my computer. The numbers you get from USBView (or some other USB utility) look different than the numbers Umbrella provides. I feel confident they are identical but displayed in a different format (ie: ASCII, Hex, etc). For me, I write (or copy/paste) all the numbers and hope for the best

One is decimal, the other hexadecimal - so they are the same number just different way to represent it.
