Search through the forum for TinyTSS or "Firmware Umbrella". There are stickies that describe this process in detail.

Next time, please don't threadjack, the original thread you posted in had nothing to do with this. Secondarily, please search. This is a very popular topic of discussion here and this has been posted about hundreds of times.
