SERIOUSLY Messed up Iphone
Hey Guys,
Im new on here, due to a disastrous problem im having........ ill explain...
It all started when i got an error on my IPhone saying something like "your iphone needs to be restored, you cannot receive or make calls".....
i restarted the phone, and the itunes logo came up (because my iphone is the one with NEW BOOTROM 3.1.2, and had the Blackra1n jailbreak)......
So i ran blackra1in and the iphone booted, but only had access to emergency calls and also a popup from RockExtensions saying the conflict was
""rock your phone had detected an issue - likely with mywi.dylib [/library/rock extentions/dinamiclivraries/mywi.dylib] calling dylib_stub_binding_helper. if you are experiencing a persistent error- please try sisabling each rock extension under settings->rock extension. uf the issue is resolved, please contact the developer of the extention""
Like an idiot i then opened iphonebrowser and deleted that file...... Once i restarted the Iphone, and tried to run blackra1n to boot back in, it was getting stuck at geohots boot image - for ages.
Ive tried to restore on Itunes back to 3.1.2, and have also tried changing the etc/host to trick itunes into verifying......
At somepoints of trying to restore, i witnessed the screen of my iphone gone pure white, and an error on itunes saying cannot restore.
Ive even tried restoring to 3.1.3 but that also causes an error and doesnt go ahead........
Do i have a totally bricked iphone which is useless? Please someone tell me theres a solution!!
Note: It is the newer batch with NEW BOOTROM & came loaded with 3.1.2.....
Also, i am able to go onto the screen with the usb and itunes logo, and can also go into DFU mode, however, i cannot seem to restore at all........

I have an update,
I tried restoring my iphone to 3.1.3, and kept getting the ERROR 23 message, so i patched iTunesMobileDevice.dll and restored like that, and now i can boot into the iphone all the time, however the phone is locked, no signal, sim isnt activated etc...
also i have UNKNOWN for IMEI and ICCID.
i have now succesfully downgraded to 3.1.2 (because my shsh was on sauriks server), but everything is still locked, i can only make emergency calls.
There is obviously no trace of jailbreak on the phone now, so i can take it back to apple..... but is there a method in which i can maybe sort it out?

There is no software solution for error 23. It can only be fixed via hardware repair (i.e. return to Apple who will replace it with a refurbished phone under warranty)
