restore amd jail break, but dont want to go to 3.1

hi

can anyone help and tell me if that is possible. i have read that apple dont allow it to sign. but this mean nothing to me,

its jailbroken at present, but im having running issues..

please help a novie

if apple stopped signing then there is no way to restore to 3.0.1. I wish I could restore ATM.
