[Question] How to jailbreak non activated 3GS?

I got some interesting question,
Is there anybody with a brand NEW 3GS which is not activated(in emergency call mode) has succeed to jailbreak it?

with purplera1n or any other tool?

Do you have the orginal sim for the service provider, if yes go a head and activate then use Geohot jailbreak..

No, my question is if the jailbreak automatically "hacktivated" without using the original sim... because last time when I jailbreak other 3G iphone it was on emergency call mode and i use redsnow and it automatically "hacktivated" and jailbreak it... So I just curious.. but when i try with purplera1n it doesn't hacktivated the 3GS...
or maybe anyone has tried and succeed?

purplera1n Rc2, (3gs)will not "hactivate" unlike 3G redsn0w.
for 3Gs w/o orginal sim, you will need to jailbreak with purplera1n Rc2, replace lockdownd file using iPhonebrowser .
restart and iPhne will be activated.
