the question is already in the title.
I want to get the files that needed to future and thought that i can get them while restoring into 3.1. is it possible?
and if i don't have the IBEC and the other files and I will upgrade to 3.1 would i be able to jailbreak in the future?

You should not be restoring to Apple original firmware 3.1 under any conditions. I repeat, DO NOT.

you cannot get ecid/shsh or ibec or ibss with firmware 3.0

search the forum for "umbrella" and get your 3.1 ecid/shsh now and save it for later. You cannot use them now but you should get it and save it.
