i tried researching but couldnt find anything
for my 4.3.3
any help would be awsome

Moved to a section that is actually 3GS related. Please search/read/think before posting duplicate threads in sections that aren't even iPhone related (like OSX installation)
There are plenty of existing threads explaining the various steps that are required to get push notifications working on unsupported carriers (legit activation via pushdoctor or SAM, commcenter patch, correct carrier bundle/APN settings).
