small phone symbol next to the battery % symbol

I have a 3Gs 3.1.3 jailbroken. Everythin was great until this evening when Cydia prompted my for 3 updates and after that i have never seen before small phone symbol, similar to the iphone phone app symbol (the phone receiver) next to the battery % symbol.

The phone is working perfectly fine..but why is this symbol there???

Does it match any of the following icons? iPhone status icons - especially the one that says "Shows that TTY is on"

naa TTY is not "ON"...

btw i found out it was the iBlacklist symbol...it shows that i have successfully blcked a incomin number
