HELP - Eternal dead loop - no recovery possible - HELP

Dear Helper,

My iPhone 3GS 3.1.2 Jailbroken and Unlock went in a dead ending looping status. I have it for 6 months it is Jailbroken (Pwnage Tool) and Unlocked since the 1st day, i never had a problem before.

Yesterday it just start rebooting by himself, and rebooting and rebooting ...

I have tried out some solutions using the iRecovery method
I try restore the Firmware 3.1.2, iTunes report error (9)
I try to restore the Firmware 3.1.3 (from Apple without changes), iTunes report error (9)
I try let the battery go completely down and repeat the previous tryout

... but nothing works!!!!!

I am desperate ... i want to shoot the iPhone against the wall and forget iPhones forever and ever.

ANY IDEAS ARE WELCOME

It's a real pity you restored to 3.1.3 from Apple

Do you have your SHSH backed up for 3.1.2?

Your log shows that this problem could at best fix this problem completely or at worst allow you to remove all traces of jailbreak so you could swap this phone under warranty.
The problem is that the device is stuck waiting for NAND, the NAND is the flash memory (16GB or 32GB) that your iPhone uses for storage.

It could be a hardware problem (flash chip failed) or it could be a software problem. Either way, it is possible to restore with a special IPSW that will not produce an error.

However now you have loaded 3.1.3 you are stuck unless you have a way to restore 3.1.2 (backed up SHSH with Cydia for example)

i believe i dont have the backup of my SHSH, i dont know what it is the SHSH!!! I used 1 app from cydia to do the backup of all cydia apps, i think it calls BACKUP. as they descried the app just do some kind of info file with the app we have installed and use this info file to later restore the app.

I have still the firmware 3.1.2 and 3.0.1, from the Pwnage Tool, but probably it doest help anymore!!!!

So i can scrap my iphone ... :mad: :fail :(
