i used the store hack to buy a phone with no contract (don't think it works anymore) but it did work because i got my 32g black iphone by fed ex 2 days ago. it's been sitting in the box because w/o a jailbreak and unlock what good is it...well, but since i was able to buy it without a contract tonight i figured what the hell and plugged it in. and of course, i should have realized...no contract...no problem. so i'm building my phone now (which i'll have to restore once there's a new pwange tool) but i am setting it up. and already i'll tell you one great thing...32g is NICE. i'm loading over 15g of music, 3.5 g of apps, 8 movies and i've still got lots of space. now that's nice!

Just relax and enjoy your new iPhone, the devteam have confirmed that the 3GS can be jailbroken and unlocked. And hell yeah, 32gb is alot of space. I have a 16gb 3G and have all of my media files and apps on it and still have more than 10gb left

How do you managed to get it without Contract ? I got my the first day it came out but i have to pre-ordered at the ATT store. My friend one to get it too but his contract still active for one more year.

There was a small change you could make with firebug that allowed to trick apples server into selling the 3GS without contract.

Its not a big deal. You can go to the apple store and buy a no commitment (no contract phone) the price is $599 and $699 for the 16GB and 32GB respectively.
