Hi i have an iphone 3gs and i was on ios 4.1(old bootrom) but because i couldn't jailbreak it i downgrade it on 4.0.1 and jailbreak it with comex jailbreak.com
But the main problem is that now i can't backup my iphone because itunes says: "The backup cannot be restored on this iphone because the software on this iphone i too old. To restore this iphone from backup, you must first set up the Iphone as new and restore the software to the latest version".
Can somebody help me backing up my Iphone, but keep the jailbreak on.

You will need to manually restore the files that you absolutely need.

Be careful to ensure that file permissions are correct when you do this.
