Can anyone be kind enough to upload their mobileweather.app, or point me to a download?! I've managed to remove mine somehow... and I certainly don't want to do a restore to get it back.

I suggest you decrypt and extract this yourself from the IPSW. If you are on a mac, this is relatively simple. On windows.. still possible but a bit more work.

Are you sure you actually removed it instead of just hiding it?
