MobileTerminal Glitch
I just installed MoblieTerminal in Cydia on my iPhone3GS in order to change my root & mobile password for SSH. However, the MobileTerminal App starts to open & flickers off. The installed version of MobileTerminal is 5.8p1-9. I even tried reinstalling to no avail. I would appreciate any help that you could give me.
Reference-Prior to installing MobileTerminal there is resource called Mobile Substrate installed. Could this be causing a conflict between the two?

No, this is because the default MobileTerminal package in Cydia hasn't been updated since iOS 3.xx, to get one that works on iOS 5, you'll need to add a third party repo. Common problem, happened to me as well
. The repo I use for this is repo.hackyouriphone.org. Add that to Cydia, and you should see MobileTerminal version 520-2.
