I have 2 new refurb iphones (week 49 and 51, modem fw 5.12.01, and 3.1.3). I have been searching for hours and just need to know it there ANY way to jailbreak these phones? Teathered or Unteathered? If so can you point me in the right direction. I have jailbroken iPods before but I didn't want to mess up my phones before I even activated them. Thanks!

What are the BootROM versions? At present it is not possible (that I'm aware of) to jailbreak/unlock a factory 3.1.3 with the new baseband and BootROM.
