Default Jittery iPhone related to jailbreaking or faulty hardware?

I have an occasionally jittery iphone (inserts random scrolls and keystrokes when finger held on screen) and I can't seem to find anyone else with this problem?

    YouTube - jittery iPhone

It begins to jitter around second 40, after putting on some audio (Bluetooth) and plugging into power. Some more info in the description of the youtube vid.

    Any ideas?

I've reinstalled the phone, removed all but the basics in cydia, restored from backup and "set up as new phone" to try to resolve this issue, none of them fixed it.

It isn't always present, just sometimes. Maybe 20 percent of the time.

If you can see this behavior when you are on a restored, un-jailbroken phone than it is definitely a hardware related issue, and I would recommend that you take it into Apple for a replacement.

I can't be without my jailbroken features long enough to see it on an un-jailbroken OS load. It is'nt something I can reliably reproduce, as I tried to test it for a few hours in an un-jailbroken freshly restored state to no avail.
