Are you using original or custom IPSW?
Have you tried a restoring on a different computer or with a different USB cable?

Without reviewing your failed iTunes restore log, I can only give you very generic advice (like I just did - that this error is often USB related)
The 1604 error isn't one that has a single, specific easy to diagnose root cause.
If you aren't using custom IPSW and you are 100% sure that the original firmware isn't incomplete or corrupt (you can validate this via the sha1 hash)
Are you using any tools like iREB or pwned DFU mode (via redsn0w for example)?
These three computers are they all very similar in some way (same hardware, same OS version, same firewall/antivirus/security software)?? If you are in an environment where all your computers are very similar (corporate computers or training lab for example) then trying another computer mightn't help at all.
Finally, Apple has some advice if the 1604 error is USB timing related:
Connect the device to iTunes, confirm that the device is in Recovery Mode. If it's not in Recovery Mode, put it into Recovery Mode.
Restore and wait for error 1604.
When prompted, click OK.
Close and reopen iTunes while iPhone remains connected.
iPhone should now be recognized in Recovery Mode again.
Try to restore again.

iTunes Error! - Pastebin.com Why the hell are you using an itunes 10.5 beta to restore a non beta OS??
If you aren't a developer - we don't provide help downgrading from an iOS 5 beta. Beta iOS versions are for developers not end-users.
Have you tried with a stable (non beta) iTunes?
A downgrade *should* work, but there are ZERO guarantees from Apple that you can downgrade from a beta iOS version.

Yes i am a developer but I have not yet registered for the apple dev program. A friend gave the os to try out. I have tried a stable iTunes version but on a windows computer not on my mac. Can you please help! BTW there is no official apple store in the U.A.E i bought my iPhone from an official carrier. I WOULD VERY THANKFUL IF YOU CAN FIND/ TRY TO FIND A SOLUTION.
