I don't know, I can't see anything that gives me a clue in the restore log you posted.
I have two suggestions:
ONLY If you have a saved SHSH blob for 4.3.3 - try restoring a custom IPSW in pwned DFU mode, this can sometimes help when a legit restore fails.
Otherwise, get a hardware repair shop to replace the dock connector daughterboard and maybe the battery. (it's possible but extremely unlikely that the battery firmware was updated in an iOS 5 beta and that is causing troubles downgrading)

iPad 3G 64GB (4.3.3, Redsn0w) oldest SHSH 3.2.2
iPhone 4 32GB (4.2.1, Redsn0w JB-monte) oldest SHSH 4.1
iPhone 3GS 32GB (4.3.3; Pwnagetool) factory unlocked oldest SHSH 3.1
iPhone 8GB (3.1.3; Pwnagetool) AT&T Locked - Unlocked with bootneuter

Then (I mean this respectfully) you are an idiot (especially when trying an iOS 5 beta) - any decent developer should have dedicated iOS test devices or otherwise have a saved SHSH blob
Apple uses SHSH to restrict downgrades and reinstalls.
Right now, Apple only allows reinstalls of 4.3.5 or iOS5b5 - if you want to load any other iOS version, you must have planned in advance and saved a SHSH blob before Apple stopped allowing the restore of that iOS version.

After 2 days of trying everything to get my jailbroken iphone 4 out of this “stuck in recovery mode” situation, which evolved from unable to upgrade/restore from ios 4.2.1 to ios 5.0.1 , I cured the problem basically as per the instructions on Exit iOS 4.3.3 Recovery Mode Loop Using TinyUmbrella (Fix Recovery) | Jaxov I did however download the Zlib1.dll from a more reputable site than the one suggested – google it.
The problem turned out to be twofold. Firstly apple has introduced a security check which caused the recovery mode. This was made worse by settings left over from previously saving my shsh blobs.
Basically the solution is the following:
Step 1 get out of recovery mode by:
I downloaded the tinyumbrella “fix recovery” program – note this is not the standard tinyumbrella program. Use the proper tinyumbrella site.
I downloaded the Zlipl.dll file and put it in the same folder as the “fix recovery program
Have internet running in background
Launch itunes plug in phone, let itunes run in background
Put phone into dfu mode (google it) this was not easy( I do know dfu mode well and use it often) due to being stuck in recovery mode loop but several repeated attempts got the apple logo for a split second and several attempts at coordinating it I was able to launch fixrecovery421.exe at exactly this moment. This was the hardest part.
When you see “exiting libpoison” disconnect phone. Now you have your phone back!
If this didn’t work you could also try download and run latest standard tinyumbrella ( I used v5.10.03) and untick “set hosts to cydia on exit” on “advanced tab” then click
“exit recovery” button while in momentary dfu mode as described above.
Step 2 correct settings on phone to satisfy apple servers:
Now download and run latest standard tinyumbrella ( I used v5.10.03) and untick “set hosts to cydia on exit” on “advanced tab”
Now go to itunes and do your “restore” again. It works!

iphone 3gs stuck
Hello. i have also problem with 3gs, it was jailbreak, after deleting all settings, i got infinite recovery loop.
I trided a lot of soft (tinyumbrela, recovery fix, blackra1n on winxp, irecovery e.t.c.), tried different computers (win only), different usb cable, different usb ports, with no success
They just don't see the phone connected to usb, but when i connect - disconnect phone from comp, i see a message on iphone screen (usb disconnected\connected).
But the bigger problem that i can't enter DFU or restore mode, my mute and home buttons is not working. I tryed to hard, soft reset with no success. The phone is not charging at all, computer and wall socket it shows that power connected, but after 20 hours of charging it is zero.
I tried to full discharge the phone, then plug to wall, it just after couple minutes power on, i got apple, after that iboot - restoring nand, then a lot of text and stuck on Setting dormancy interval to 2500 ms with masx 0x1700. I'm googled this error, tried almost all (exclude MAC soft) with no success. I'm going really mad.
Maybe anyone have such problem or advice ? Thanks a lot!
P.S The phone was fully working and don't have any issue with the battery or dock or charger.
