i have two 3gs 16gb and on 3.1.2. it's never been hached and i can't restore, can anybody help!

every time i read questions like that i wonder why people think other people could look into some glass ball to answer questions.
Why the hell do you not tell us HOW you tried it, which error messages comes up and i bet you not tried to search the forum before....
Next time i will wrote something like : "My car does not work, Why ?"

Please provide the following:

1) Any error messages you get when you attempt to restore.
2) What version of the firmware you are currently attempting to restore.
3) Whether you have an SHSH on file via TinyTSS or Firmware Umbrella (don't need to jailbreak to get SHSH)
4) What version of iTunes / Windows/Mac you're using.

Once we have that, we can get started on figuring out how to help.
