my phone fall down yesterday from about 3 fts, after that it is not getting switched on.
On charging using the electricity charger it is getting started. on removing the wire it is again getting switched off.
It is a Unlocked phone.
Please help me

Most likely you have damaged one of the wires from the battery to the mainboard. You should take the device to an authorized service center -- I can almost guarantee that this is not fixable by software. You will need to either replace the charging circuit, the main board, the dock connector, or the battery leads...
