    tried different pc and/or cable?
    (the obvious ones to do)

It does amaze me however, you state you put a new screen on an iPhone, but you cannot troubleshoot a technical problem?
You must be a real dare devil

I'm going to guess that during the reconstruction part, you made flexed the dock connector at the bottom and its either no longer getting solid contact like it needs to, or cold solder joints have snapped in relation to its connection.

When you plug into just a standard power cable, or plug it into the USB charger, does the phone charge? If not, it's likely a connection problem from the reassembly -- that would be the first place I would look as it was working before you took it apart and it's not working now.

That said, I've never taken an iPhone apart, this is just a suggestion based on the 15 or so years that I've been taking foo and bar apart and putting them back together again. Rule #1 is if it worked before you took it apart and doesn't work after you put it back together, you overlooked something during the reconstruction phase, regardless of whether or not you think you did.

    Good luck!

it does charge only when is directly connected to a ac adapter which is connected to the usb , but it wont charge when the iphone is connected to the usb cable which is connected to any computer. i also both another different antenna connector( the whole thing since i can just swipe the items and it will be easy that way)(this item includes the ribbon that connects to the iphone mother board,--twice and also contains the speakes and the the port which is need it to charge the iphone--- and the antenna of course) in ebay after i swipe this items still it doesnt work perhaps i had a bad item ..... but then again i'm back to square one

Well, understand that the USB pins that the phone uses to charge and the USB pins used to make a connection to transfer data are not the same -- that's why you can get standard USB chargers that have USB ends on them but only have 2 prongs -- just the +5.5V and GND is all that is required for most USB devices to charge. It's a little different when you connect to the PC, as while you're still getting +5.5V, it may or may not be dependent on the other pins.

I'm not certain what the iPhone is looking for to charge -- but I do know that if I have my machine turned on and power is applied to my USB devices, but Windows is not booted, my iPhone will NOT charge while plugged in. Even though my USB keyboard and mouse are working during the boot process (so the iPhone should be getting +5.5V over the USB cable), the iPhone will not connect and receive a charge until I finish most of the boot process. It may be dependent on the Apple Mobile Device Service, I'm really not sure.

This may be part of what is causing the issue for you -- as I don't know how the dock connector mounts to the motherboard/logic board I really don't know if this is as plausible as anything else, but if you've already got it taken apart that's where I'd start looking. It's possible that during the reassembly some of the joints broke but others didn't, and if that's the only thing that's changed, you'd want to start there to try and figure out what was ultimately causing the issue.

If you had a voltmeter you could start tracing the power through the cable and through the logic board to see where it comes and goes in both situations and that may get you a little closer as well.

Sorry I don't have more focused info, but as I mentioned previously this is all just general troubleshooting steps that I've learned through doing EE for an extended period, it's not device specific and your question ultimately is pretty device specific...
