iPhone 3GS LCD backlight not working
I just got an iPhone and its backlight doesn't work. I don't know whats up with it. I've tried restoring it and it does not fix it. The phone works fine except i can't see jack. Do you guys think its the motherboard or should I just take it apart like a blind man looking for a nickel?

Re: iPhone 3GS LCD backlight not working
Sen me a PM I can help you out. I've been repairing iPhones for a while now

There's a fix for the 3GS backlight issue here: iPhone 3GS No Backlight Fix
Replacing the screen won't help. It's a problem on the motherboard (logic board).
You'll need a soldering pro to do the fix.
