I bought this jail-broken iPhone 3GS off of eBay and just realized that the iTunes and App Store are in Chinese. These are the only two Apps that are in Chinese. Can anyone help me get them back into English or Spanish? I have tried changing the language using the international tab. It changes the language one everything accept for the interface one these two apps. Thanks for your time and help!

I went into Cydia on this device & found out that the ultrasn0w1.2.3 version is in Chinese because there are Chinese letters in between ultrasn0w and 1.2.3 on the title. How can I delete this version and reinstall a version in English or Spanish?

I don't believe the version of ultrasn0w is the culprit -- there are not multiple versions of ultrasn0w for multiple languages. Beyond that, according to this:

The language of the store and how it shows on the phone and in iTunes is related to the billing address on file with the iTunes account that is logging into the iTunes Store or App Store. Is the phone still logged in with an account that has a chinese billing address? Also, I'm seeing some posts that say this won't toggle until you do something on the iTunes Store (like download an update or download an app), see here:

You are all over it! I went to install a free App and it allowed me to change my location. Problem solved, thanks!
